It is located in Venice, CA. Exterior cladding consists of composite wood siding, large-format porcelain tiles and smooth stucco. The design incorporates multiple outdoor lounging locations including a 2nd-story covered porch at the front of the house, a large 2nd-story rear-facing deck, and an outdoor living room between the two structures with a retractable shade canopy.
