Pacific Palisades – Hillside Fire Rebuild

This new-construction home will replace a home lost in the Pacific Palisades fire. It is located on a steeply sloping up-hill lot. The home sits close to the front property line which maximizes the lot area available for rear-yard outdoor space. The main living areas of the home are located at the upper-level opening directly to the rear yard and maximizing distant views to the shoreline and Pacific Ocean. The Great-Room provides large expanses of glass opening to the views and a large multi-pane sliding pocket door providing a spacious connection to the rear-yard. Additional outdoor entertainment space is provided on a roof deck which will provide sweeping views of the surrounding hillsides and coast. The home will be constructed with enhanced fire-resistive measures involving both material selection and defensive systems.
